Orogeny Green Valley Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir requires more oversight than other grapes of the same quality. We do a lot of watching out in the vineyard. But in the winery, the less interference the better. We pretty much stand back and let the fruit lead the way.

Orogeny Green Valley Pinot Noir shows bright Bing cherry, pomegranate and toffee notes on the nose, with a hint of spicy oak layered with ginger, nutmeg and coriander. The lush fruit continues to develop with time in the glass.

Dunham Cellars Trutina

Using grapes from the finest vineyards in the Walla Walla, Yakima and Columbia Valleys, Dunham Cellars has established an award-winning reputation for their wines. Their first vintage, a 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon when released, was deemed one of the finest wines made in Washington by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Subsequent vintages and varietals have also earned high marks with both wine writers and consumers.  Ripe blackberry, new leather, wildflowers, and sweet violet in the nose lead to a rich yet structured plum and blackberry mouth, teamed with hints of black cherry and mint, riding over finely woven velvet tannins guided by viscous, rich fruit. One of our favorites and we hope you enjoy it too.

41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Merlot, 13% Syrah & 5% Cabernet Franc.
