Nothing beats fresh pasta!  At ONE 53, we only use fresh pasta and all of our pastas are made at Lucy's Ravioli Kitchen in Princeton.  

Raised by George and delivered by Peter...Griggtown Quail Farm is a "gem" in our own backyard.  In 1973, Farmer George Rude began raising a handful of quail on two acres of a farm located in the small village of Griggstown in Princeton, N.J.  At that time the farm was owned by Peter Josten....

Everyone in the area knows "the bent spoon".  Matt & Gabby started their venture around '04 and it was an immediate success.  All their hard work is enjoyed by our guests at ONE 53.  We feature a revolving varirty of their sorbetto and ice cream ranging from Presecco and Blood Orange, Lillet and Cranberry and Bananas Foster and many many more

Our scallops are havested from local waters and delivered direct to ONE 53 from the docks.  Willow Fish Co. is family owned and operated.

All our fish at ONE 53 is purchased locally at Nassau Street Seafood.  Colin, Jeremy and Jose take care of us making sure we always get the freshest fish in season.

Small World Roasters is the only coffee served at ONE 53.  John and Brent roast the beans locally and let me tell that makes for one good cup of Joe!
