Raised by George and delivered by Peter. Griggstown Quail Farm is a "gem" in our own backyard. In 1973, Farmer George Rude began raising a handful of quail on two acres of a farm located in the small village of Griggstown in Princeton, N.J. At that time the farm was owned by Peter Josten, who sold the land to George in 1992. They raise quail, chickens, ducks, turkeys, and partridge. The birds are all natural and allowed to roam freely, "a standard Farmer George keeps to this day."
