What's Going On

ONE 53 is ninety-nine seats serving American/Euro Bistro cuisine in a relaxed restaurant atmosphere. We feature a seasonally changing menu and use only the best and freshest seasonal ingredients.

The restaurant features wines from around the world along with a full bar offering a variety of traditional and specialty cocktails. We're located in Rocky Hill, just outside Princeton, NJ.

Past Events: An Evening with Benjamin Wallace, author of "The Billionaire's Vinegar"

What a treat it was to meet Ben. Our wine cellar was the perfect venue. It was a nice casual setting starting with a "meet and greet" for all who attended. Half way through, Ben gave an account of his writing of the book along with a follow up to the status of the law suit against Rodenstock.

Past Events: Winter 2010 Scotch Tasting

On Wednesday May 6th 2010, we met certified master of whiskey, Kevin Loser, and tasted a sampling of the oldest single malts from Scotland. The samplings include, Cragganmore, Dalwhinnie, Glenkichie, Lagavulin, Oban, Talisker.
